I've eaten "bugs" in many countries. I like the grilled ones. And it's healthy food.
But lots of places deep fry them while using the same oil over and over, no thanks.

These burgers are filled with crap:
      INGREDIENTS
Peas (30%), Soy yogurt, Chickpea (13%), Buffalo Worms (10%) (Alphitobious Diaperinus), Water, Breadcrumbs (Gluten), Onion, Couscous (Gluten). Corn Starch, Basil, Parley, Seasalt, Garlic, Curry, Fill, Black Pepper.

      What the hell is Fill?
Soy yogurt, Breadcrumbs, Couscous, Corn Starch? No thanks.
Frying carbs is always a bad idea...

And you only get 10% of worms?
Why? Because it's expensive. Definitely not an alternative for real meat.

Good find! I thought it was mostly bugs but guess not!

I was doing a brainstorm and forward thinking trends. A trend that came to mind was less meat eating but vegetarianism is all played out, then thought vegie burgers, then bug burgers came to mind. Then googled and found just that one reputable offer.

Now that you pointed out it doesn't have much bugs, I'm thinking this might be a good fairly untapped niche, thank you!

I did not critique Gary, I questioned the title as well.

                    Ahhhh my apologies!

After so much trolling from others here, I assumed you were aiming at me, my bad for assuming!

& do me a favour, now DV's gone & we can get on with business, I'd rather gspot or gspotproductions if you don't want to call me Nat, even though Gary's here & also agrees, it sounded like you were trolling me personally & not meaning Bladewire with the title.

No big deal, but my apologies for saying you were being a prick x
