How many of you keep a updated cash flow sheet?

I just got done going through all the checks I have received so far and then totaled up expenses for each month. Kinda suprising to look at the totals so far this year. With everything broken down my month I can easily see where I can cut some expenses.

Anyone else do this and keep everything updated every month?

wtf? you can do this yourself pretty easy. More complicated if you have a lot of employees etc. I'm getting everything setup like this because I'm moving to a new accountant soon and want to just take the sheets in with bank records etc and get everything setup really good and easy to read.

We've been focusing mostly on raising revenue instead of cutting costs. With labor costs here at a mere fraction of US/EU costs, we're sometimes lulled into thinking costs don't creep up. Thanks for the great topic, I think we'll start doing weekly cost/revenue analysis.
