So let me make sure I have this straight. From 1940 to 1970 despite co2 levels rising, the temperature variange decreased but that's not valid because it's now the 21st century? So the effect of co2 which according to some is the driving factor behind "Global Warming" works differently depending on the century? Wild stuff man.
