It's not
exactly a free template...it's had a lot of work done to the graphics, CSS, etc. Not really including the theme in the price anyway...it's just there...and you get it when you buy the domain if you want it. Nevertheless, I see where you're coming from. I would like to get a little more than $40 for the domain, mainly because I've worked my ass off on it the past few weeks (I know there is no actual monetary value to that...but you know how it is), but I will keep your bid in mind. Thanks!
