Anybody have this problem with Paxum?

Periodically Paxum makes you change your password when you login.

The problem is when I go through the steps of changing the password and in the final stage they send out an authorization key code via email which you need to insert on the Paxum page for the confirmation of the NEW p.w. I have 2 accounts with Paxum and I have the same issue with both. The authorization email which contains the key code usually takes over a day to show up OR not even come through at all.
Which is super annoying as I need to get into my account(s) immediately.
Does anybody else have this issue?

No. It arrives right away to gmail.

It's probably your mail servers not configured correctly.

How can you have 2 accounts? I made a mistake and registered another account and they blocked both accounts. Dealing with their customer service is like going to a blind dentist, its going to be painful and nothing will get resolved. goddam epass

With Paxum you are only allowed one personal account.

You can have multiple business accounts though, as long as you provide the proper documentation for each account.
