i agree that if a guy walks into a walmart, kills 10 people, and 50 people see him do it, then he should get the death penalty because he is 100% proven guilty.

but these days, alot of it is just dna and fingerprint evidence etc.

so how can you be 110% sure on that, you can't

if i was selected as a juror and it was all based on things like that, i wouldn't be able to vote and it would be a miss-trial
