                                                                    Mike - depends on the level of theivery what I would do - if its as large as it seems to be I'd be going down the legal path first - then posting after I find out what my legal limitations are in the case which sometimes include a gag order on both sides.
                                                                    If its a smaller case like I had with one sponsor where outing on the boards and informing everyone I could seemed to take care of the problem - as well as getting his sites shut down, then that was reward enough that he no longer affected my bottom line. Of course this method has drawbacks as you kinda have to keep an eye out for a repeat occurence

                                                                                                                                                        If you do accuse someone of something illegal and it turns out that you dont have the legal proof to back it they can come back on you real fast - even just posting it on a board - if its just a beef then the free speech thing covers you - but you mention the word stealing - which implicates illegal conduct under the law, which if proven untrue becomes a sueable offense in the US. I went through it for a post a long time ago and it sucks
