you bring up a good point...and its hard to debate that...
but again, how can we definatley be sure this person commited the crime. its flawed...we are putting a bet down basically if they did it or not, a 50 / 50
dna evidence, all this crap, could be wrong, and has been wrong
i mean, if i was the father of the wife and kids, i would be extremely angry, and your right, i would want the guy to pay, but then again when a person has had that happen in their life they will finger point ANYBODY as the person who did the crime, to unleash their anger
