hm thats not that much of a raise. I have a speeding ticket over here of 70 euros and they raise it to 130 euros after a few months.

I still call bullshit, show the receipt they gave you for collecting the money.

my experience with tickets is that everythings possible... could be the justice department just fucked it up or lost the documents for a while...
i remember once getting a ticket in '99 and i got the payment letter in 2001!
