That's what I'm talking about in my first post here
It's not a problem if you're parsing such feeds with your own script (just like I'm doing for xbiz news at fhgstore.com), but this becomes a real problem if one is trying to import them into the blogs by means of some automatic tool like feedwordpress. However this problem can be easily fixed by adding a special <pubDate> tag.
