The Worst States In US

Which state in the US is the worst for violating the constitution? I used to think it was Alabama but recently it looks like Kansas has been making headway.

It looks like the religous people pretty much run that state's government and have done so for a long time. Now they want to introduce a "sin" tax for adult businesses and they have long tried to keep evolution out of the classrooms.

All southern states as a whole fall into the category as the worse states of this country. If it wasnt for the rest of the union they would be a third world country.

A sin tax? Tax them for causing trauma to everyone who isn't of their religion, because supposedly they'd all go to 'Hell' and be tortured for eternity; I don't like that idea... maybe even throw them in jail...

And yes, I've been to Mexifornia and NJ - I wouldn't want to live in either of them and have pretty darned good offers to move to both If I was moving anywhere, it would be somewhere in the midwest (Montana, Nebraska) or Alaska. I don't like other people near me especially minorities like that Gabe fellow

Actually, Northeastern states would be the most unconstitutional. They have the highest taxes, the most restrictive gun laws and almost blanket video surveillance. "Taxachussets" or New York, with it's massive corruption and pilfering of the public pocket would have to head up the list.

So true. I was born and raised in Taxachuetts. People there just assume all other places are 'not as free'. Once you leave, you realize just how socialist/communist/corrupt it is.

Super high taxes, no guns, corruption, crime, etc etc

Not as bad as California, but close.
