                                                              Ya it's cingular, but that's only the phone part. I would still buy one of these even if I didn't use the phone, it's a video iPod and has WiFi built in with Safari browser, so you can do everythign you need except make phone calls if you don't want to go with cingular.

Hell, even the cheap iPod Nano's are their biggest sellers in the iPod market.
