I like your folio btw. ;) I think you may have taken a statement I made about your Civil War stuff the wrong way, I apologize on that sir. Sometimes I can be a bit rough.
Anyway, is there a way to have both a 9-to-5 custodian of records and a secured archive of your records online that might statisfy those requirements? (with some info blottted out)
So, that if an agency requested access for whatever reason, there would be both an online archive and a corresponding hard-copy version?
