Buy yourself say ten domains.(cheap-domainnames) You can host all of them for $10/month.(protgp) Make simply pages with different sponsor content ( free ) and affiliate code.
Link your domains together, but avoid same text etc in them. Only one affiliate code on a page. Study the Google rules. Much text on your pages. Text links are best. Do not fall for the advices about a lot of fancy graphics. Do proper Meta Tags.

When I first started out I tried to find a way to make a few dollars per day. I think I made about $3.00 my first day. This is back in 1996. Once I could make $3.00 per day I did the same thing twice in a day. Voila. 6 dollars per day. Repeat until you get to $50/day if that is your goal. Try and automate whatever it is that made you that money (I learned perl).
Of course it gets harder and harder to scale as you make more and more money but getting to $50/day once you know how to make, say $5/day shouldn't be too difficult.
