Buy yourself say ten domains.(cheap-domainnames) You can host all of them for $10/month.(protgp) Make simply pages with different sponsor content ( free ) and affiliate code.
Link your domains together, but avoid same text etc in them. Only one affiliate code on a page. Study the Google rules. Much text on your pages. Text links are best. Do not fall for the advices about a lot of fancy graphics. Do proper Meta Tags.

As it is new domains you must submit them to the search engines or get links from domains already in the system.
