Anyone got the hookup on this? I want something as pro as say bangbros or whatever. Anyone know how much these cost roughly? I need the full-on login sys etc, all that crap.

Well with enough scenes to open with and have a little for updates (weekly), full scripting, design work, processing, and so forth. I would say are you prepared to drop 50-100k+?

You asked for a figure. No idea on how to guess what you have, what you can do yourself, so forth.
Cms may run you a few hundred to a few thousand.
affiliate script may run you from a monthly fee to 13k+ or so.
Processing is gunna cost ya 750 at least.
One pro site design anywhere from 350 to 3500+.
Affiliate site design anywhere from 350 to 3500+.
Gallery templates will run ya 10-50+ each.
Banners will run ya 5-25+ each.
Domains can be 8.00 to 15k+ each.
Photo editing can be .50 to 3.00 per picture.
Video editing can be 50 to 1000 per scene
trailers can be 20 to 500 per trailer.

I will say this. If you don't know don't do it. You need to know the answers to a few more questions than this and the ones you asked are basics.
As ASM said it can cost very little or a lot of money. Don't even dream of competing with Bangbros, they are out of your league. They are out of my league as well and I know the answers to your questions.
But as I set up a site a few years ago here's the costings.
Hosting, around $2,000 for a start up. When you get more traffic then you need to spend more and keep spending as traffic builds. BW might go on top of that.
Scripts, $2,000 for CMS unless you have a LOT of content. Start a site with CCBILL and use there affiliate script. If you grow then think about NATS and decide if it's worth it.
Design, $1,000. Forget about all the fancy designs, unless you have poor porn. Show surfers the porn, throw open the site so surfers see what they are buying. You don't need a fancy design, we are pornographers not Interior Decorators.
Processing, might be free but ASM gave you the figure.
So without content $10,000 is a reasonable figure to cover it.
Then submit your site to a few review sites, see what they say and make changes. Then submit to all the others, assuming they did not pan your site.
Within a few months you will have recouped your $10,000.
EVERYTHING rests upon the quality of your porn, if you have good porn you then need to just tell people you are there. Good affiliates are not fools they know the difference between good and bad porn.
If you have bad porn you are fucked, because you obviously do not know enough to work the traffic game, getting thousands of affiliates sending you traffic that converts badly.Comment

You are getting hosed somewhere.
First off very few webmasters will want to nor promote a paysite that uses Verotel as the primary.
Now some numbers to play with:
CCbill fee's 12.5% or so, often split with affiliates on revshare.
Bandwidth cost per member per month: $2.69 for myself
Content production & purchases per month: $3.54 per member.
Affiliate cut: 50%
Average membership price: $30.00
Affiliate earns $13.13 per sale (no ccbill split fee)
Owner earns $7.75 per sale
As you will see that is more than 15% profit for yourself. Of course as your member numbers go up your content costs per members go down. Also depending on your hosting often the more you use the less you pay per MBPS.

...just for the records, i have a crowd of friends working on design stuff. And some friends that programs like hell and manage servers like real geeks. We live in a place where your dollar worth 2.5 times more (does south america rign a bell?? XD)

He was not asking for a cut price operation. I know you can get a good set up for less. If he had asked for a cheap deal I would of given him cheap prices. In fact something to rival Bangbros would cost more than I quoted.

I you want even a chance to make it work in this crowded market - at least start with a niche rather than mass appeal. There are thousands of affiliate programs out there, and most of us won't be quick to switch away from our favorites without good reason.

If you want a serious script for running your affiliate program I have a copy of one that will handle every possible payout aspect you can imagine and integrate with every billing solution you would use. Cascading billing, the works ... You name it the script has you covered... Will cost you $2500

We all know it can be done super cheap.
You do not need to start with a CMS, affiliate script, ect.
You can self design, edit, produce trailers ect.
Pick up a box for 125 or so.
Go with a no cost processor.
Then only real cost is content, and if thats licensed again super cheap.
