i believe RR is only taking the majority of submissions via partner accounts
leaving little or no space for others to submit.

i might be wrong!

They only allow a certain number of regular submitters to submit every half hour so try to submit right after an hour or half an hour has passed - hope that makes sense!

I eventually gave up trying free submissions to Richards Realm - all the free spots had gone by about 10 seconds after each half hour! They are trying to get people to pay $35 a month to be a Premium partner - which I've done as I get a lot of good traffic from them.

I usually get lucky submitting within one minute after the half hour is over.
I get some good amount of RR traffic as well, but I guess I just can't get it to convert, a partner account wouldn't be worth it for me
