I'm looking for 1-2 designers to work on galleries and promo stuff.
Initially the work will be promo stuff and +/- 18 galleries per week (aprox.), and some weeks more. All should be delivered for the scheduled day, so we only want serious people and with good skills.
Ok, now before all the people start posting lot of links with samples please read what we are looking for:
What we need:
- High quality on end graphics layouts.
- Good knowledge of phothoshop (more software knowledge its always welcome
)
- No HTML, all must be in XHTML
- No tables at all ( only when tabular data is need... so never)
- No use the code provided by image ready or photoshop when you save for web as...
- Clear code and SE friendly
- Experience in css, not need a guru on it, but someone with a good knowlege
- Not really heavy layouts, the faster loads better
- Serious people only, all must be delivered in the time
- Be able to work in team and follow standards and structures established within the company.
also if you have good knowledge in marketing and you are able to learn and improve yourself its a good point for you
