very difficult!

finding really cute 'teens' willing to go full nude - extremely hard. BUT there are a ton of hot black girls all over the U.S. and a ton of gorgeous older girls - 24-35 - to do nude work.

still worth the time Donny - just alot more time consuming and difficult than i hoped. if it wasn't difficult everybody would have 10 Jordan Capri's, Ashley Brookes's and Teen Kelly's.

I am finishing up my modeling agency. I don't have all the girls photos shot just yet but there are alot of new girls to the business and I am adding new girls all the time.

Yes, it is tough. It's easy to find mediocre girls for say a multi-girl site. But girl's worthy of a solo site is tough.

the model info page is only good if the URL is given after your recruiter approaches the girl.

best approach i've had is to hire a female recruiter who is very social. she carries a small digicam, verifies the girl's age, explains the job, submits a quick pix by email or cameraphone, gets a yes or no from me, and i pay her a hundred bucks for any girl i shoot. with this approach you will run out of money before you run out of girls.

Its hard... word of mouth is a ton better. I have been getting a ton of that as of late. It rocks. Online is hard and it takes a very gifted approuch. We do ok in that department, but its a ton of leg work. If you dont have the time and you are not willing to babysit then dont bother.

have to agree with you Mutt. My roots 7 years ago was find em myself, which worked out great for 3 years with over 250 girls. Problem is the busier you get the less time you have to go recruiting.

Agents in South FL are getting lazier and suckier. They're wanting more $$$ for the same girls that everyone in the planet has shot, that they are flying in for a week of work. None of them has had a new girl in months and months.

Fuck it. I've hired and trained a few girls to hit the clubs, the beaches, Walmart, 7-11, whatever and get new hotties...back to the roots.

OMG, thats my job!!!

I just got into photography...after being behind the camera modeling for 12 yrs....I have never shot with a female photographer! I'am lloking to do it all, I'am a MAC Make-Up Artist, so I can the do make-up too.

I have no problem talking to people at all, consdiering I have been in their faces for the last 12 yrs...and OMG, I have seen some awesome looking girls, when I prom girl walks up to the counter for her appointment, it's on!

I have seen some of the most beautiful girls in Kansas, Jet blk hair, with bright blue eyes, clear skin! It my life and I love it!
