I am basically just building up a new blog network and being very public about what I like, dislike and want whle I do it

I had one coded a while back but about the same time I quit doing much with blogs. Let me see if I can dig it out as it may have been on an old laptop and if so that HD crashed. I may still have it in an old email though. May also not work with newer WP versions as it has never been really tested. There is a copy of it on www.erectionblog.com - at the bottom of all the links you will see an "add you link" link. In the admin section for manage links it adds an extra column that shows if the recip is valid.

does it give the ability to put the link into a queue for approval before posting it?

Sure. I can try to get in touch with the guy I did this for at the beginning of the year, but since my PC crash, I don't have any of my old emails, ICQs, etc ... I have no idea where I'd even start to look for his contact information.

I gave him the source to it, so he'd likely be willing to sell you a copy directly. He wasn't a GFY'er, unfortunately.
