    rental property question.. regarding rent

    hello everyone, i'm a RE newbie that is looking into purchasing a rental property (950sq feet co-op) in central jersey... i'm trying to find an accurate representation on how much I could rent this property out for. Where do I start? Who could I contact? any pointers/advice would be welcomed.

    newspapers were mentioned to me, but i am not sure how accurate that is in my case.

          do what detoxed suggested, just check newspapers or online classifieds and see how much similar places in the same area rent for...
