That may be somewhat true if his traffic was slightly questionable, but when it comes from illegal means such as a trojan botnet, most sponsors will want to distance themselves as far as possible. He's already been banned by a few sponsors on here who he was redirecting his botnet traffic to. I'm guessing the amount was either bullshit or he's a complete idiot to brazenly identify his big sponsor as surely its going to draw heat.

naw, were on the same page, i just know that programs have a tendency to have flexible attitudes with somebody that they are paying nearly 400k a month to, as that guy is making them a lot of $$$ and cutting him off would make their revenue fall backward, rather than the goal of forward

thats just how it is, the reality is that people often find ways to justify it
