Let me give you your first bit of advice. Never ever pick an industry screen name that has the name of the company you work for. Chances are you think your new job is cool and all that of course you'll "never ever leave them" because they've been so good to you.... but you will leave them some day and you will move on, and your screen name will continue to haunt you until the day you either become a millionaire or finally throw in the towel.
