                See thats good service so good you remembered it and talked to others about it when they shared their bad experiences with cell phone companies.

                It takes so little to either piss off a customer or make them happy, but some companies piss all over you when they get the chance.

                    I am so glad that you get this thread. You summed it up perfecty. I am not upset at them and they are "right." But competition is everything at the end of the day. I was in no way complaining, just observing
