    Sponsors CHECK your fhg's please..

    Seems like evrytime i do an indepth look at a sponsor's fhg's i find skimming.. maybe its not intentional ( well infact most of the time it is unintentional im sure )

    But it PISSES ME OFF. You have employees, make them get off their asses and review the damn things..

    You might have noticed my threads about various sponsors fhg's in the past and the errors i have found..

    The other day i notice bandbrosonline galleries are not giving the affiliate credit. To most of you it may not be a big deal.. But HALF the oxpass galleries dont give the webmaster credit..

    the links show the affiliate code , but when you click them they change to NOADVERT

    This is NOT a knock at bangbros, its a knock at sponsors who don't check their shit..

    If your a sponsor , please pay someone to review EACH AND EVERY LINK/PIC/WORD etc.. it seriously can't be such a large undertaking..

    p.s. bangbros was very fast at responding but despite my semi-detailed instructions 2 days later and they only fixed the one example gallery i posted on gfy unless its just me..

                                          You should name all the sponsors you've found and cite examples of broken galleries. This way perhaps those sponsors will fix their galleries sooner.

                                                  yes they were all a while ago and they were all fixed fairly quickly.. kudos to the sponsors..

                                                  BUT i dont think fixing them is as good as them never happening in the first place..

                                                  Dont you think it should be a strange stat to see one of your galleries has never made an affiliate a sale ever ? Sponsors should at the very least notice an anamoly(sp) in the stats, ..

                                                              well anything is possible , but no, in each of the above mentioned , it was either a problem with a server , or a designer problem ( like a hardcoded link url )

                                                                          Programs have tried many different ways over the years is all, and the stupid level's some people are reaching can no longer be used as an excuse. Its not hard to go through galleries and verify carefully. Not hard at all.

                                                                          Even if it is an "Accident" its still a cheat because it is ultimatly carelessness and incompetinance which brings them at fault.
                                                                          Bottom line black and white.

                                                                              Personally i think a sponsor would have to have some stupid motherfuckers working for them if they actually intentionally did this , thats why i'm 99.9999% positive on "almost" every case it was unintentional..

                                                                              What i tried to point out in some of my other threads was , you never know why , who or for what reason these things take place.

                                                                              Rogue designer hardcodes his own reflink into certain links on fhg's ( certainly not an impossibility )

                                                                              A sponsor site manager wants to increase his "niche" sites profit.. ( i.e. signups remain the same but profit suddenly increases ) unknown to the owners/boss

                                                                              etc etc


                                                                              realitycash had several different types of errors on their galleries , one of them was the fact the galleries sit in multiple copies on several servers to increase speed. So if there was a problem with one gallery , you might refresh the browser and its all of a sudden fixed ( because only one copy is corrupt/missing )

                                                                              This one to me was scary because one time i was sitting thinking of different ways a sponsor could be shaving you , and i thought of that way.

                                                                              Kind of like tgp cheaters who use dialers, they submit a gallery thats clean , but the page picks up the gallery reviewers ip the first time he reviews it , ( or the first couple ip's ) then it shows the clean page to the reviewer and shows dialer crap to everyone else, so even when the webmaster gets a complaint he checks the gallery and it looks fine.

                                                                              Well i was thinking if they just rotated a false gallery or a 404 in on different ip ranges that couldn't possibly be the webmaster checking his own links , they would almost never get caught, because even if someone did notice, ina few seconds it would work fine again ( rotating to the next ip set )

                                                                                              yes , and in any case the first thing i would judge is the sponsors credibility , and all of the above mentioned are top notch , thats why my instinct tells me its just quirky errors , but quirky errors that cost me money regardless of the intention ..

                                                                                                                  this isn't just about bangbros , just a mental fart to other sponsors to check their galleries so i dont have too

                                                                                                                  I wish they would fix them faster but oh well, they have priorities i suppose.

Theres no reason for them to be popping into already open windows, that particular code can be used to target="_blank" so why not use it. It just pisses surfers off , and it pisses webmasters off because they cant check the links.. It would take me hours to go thru the links the easy way with epic's fhg's because of the console's rather than minutes without them.. got some no console links ?

I do not fuck around. I understand they are all about making money, but if you are going to fuck over the person bringing you the traffic, and to the marketplace, then it's only a matter of time before the webby's start removing you, and rightfully so. Plenty of legit sponsors out there who enjoy a partnership arrangement, and work as a team. Then you have those who try and sham you, and when your 'work for money' start requiring having to track, and chase it down, then it's to much grief, and time to find a new sponsor.

                                                                                                                                                                                              also sponsors using heavy graphical galleries because they *think* they convert better, please look at load time and the way your galleries look like shit because heavy sliced graphics still take load time vs a clean and simple effectice CTR gallery.

                                                                                                                                                                                              i was looking at galleries at a sponsor yesterday and if I tried to hand that over to one of my clients they wouldnt even accept it, yet site owners seem to be blinded by graphics no matter what.

                                                                                                                                                                                              people pushing heavy graphics galleries with fullsize cut ou7t images of the girls need top rethink the mission, and site owners doing it really must be just trying to cu corners by hiring cheap designers to do the work in bulk and then it loads like shit.

As it is it rubs me the wrong way when they don't put the right site url on the pics. Shave you say?

Hell give me one template that looks like it was torn off the roll by the bowl and I'll give you a good ctr and design that is timeless that can be bought by everyone and sold to everyone.
