When I was in college we had a "Trash Can" party, and invited the whole floor. One of the freshman nerds got fucked up and passed out on the couch.
In the morning (his mom) had come to visit and his roomate told her that he was likely down in our room.
So I open the door, turn around to wake him..When I knelt down, I got a whiff of the most ungodlike hell that I have ever smelled.
Turns out, (I found out later) he told me the last thing he remembered was getting up to take a shit, but when he went in the bathroom that morning to shower, his shorts were full of puke. Apparently, he sat down to shit...threw up in his pants, pulled them up and went back to sleep.

I had a guy pass out at my bar once, after about 6 "White Russians" I let him sleep. (It was a dead night and I was fucking around with a couple of female costumers)
One of the girls pointed at the guy and shouted "eeww" (or something like that).
The guy had his head down like you do on a classroom desk, and he was throwing up, quietly. All you could see was this flow of white liquid gently flowing from underneath his arms, and collecting into the coin catcher. (vegas bars have video poker machines on them). I left it, screwed the chick in the ladies room and paid the cleaning crew an extra $20 to clean it up.
Then I left the guy at the bar when the day shift girl came in (couldn't stand her) Pukey clothes and all. Told her he was a regular of mine and that he was napping in between shifts at a nearby business and to wake him up in 10 minutes.
