I'm not a 'true believer', but if there's a hell, Mulrooney surely belongs there for selling out all Canadians on the worst peice of legislation of all time. Read the report, before you talk out of your ass.

The official report determined there were no Nuclear WMD (because saddam did not have the facilities to produce them)
There were no Chemical WMD (because Saddam did not have the facilites to produce them)
but as for biological WMD there were none to be found at the time that they were finally allowed to search (Saddam did have the facilities to produce them because they are the same facilities need to produce vaccines)

There are only three possiblity

1. Saddam is a nice dictator who produces enough vaccine to immunize every man woman and child in his country including all the rebels who want him dead (my opinion 0% chance)
2. Saddam was producing weapons grade Infuenza to be used against the rebels and enought vaccine to immunize his own army and by sheer dumb luck at the exact instance he was growing the influenza virus as a weapon more than 50% of the US supply of the flu vaccine was tainted. Making the US potentially vulnerable to a Biological attack using that exact weapon. (30% max)
3. Saddam was producing weapons grade influenza and tainting of 535 batches of flu vaccine was deliberate. If he had not been forced to destroy those live cultures, turning them into the huge surplus that was ultimately found, that virus would have been release into the vulnerable US population causing hundreds of thousands of people to drown in their own blood. (70% + chance).

so the question still stands

If you have enough common sense to realize that he is not that nice a guy then you have to come to the conclusion that at the time President Bush went in there Saddam had Biological WMD (against the agreed apon UN prohibition).


For you to believe that those WMD were not going to be used against the US. You have to believe that the flu shortage (50%) at the exact same time was just a coinsidence.

I don't believe it is a coincidence because with all the investigations that went into determining the tainted batches they could not trace it back to a single point of failure (1 valve, 1 person, 1 culture cyclinder).

1. All the Flu Vaccine was always flu vaccine. In which case you have to believe that Saddam is a nice dictator willing to immunize all the rebels who are trying to kill him
2. 80% was flu vaccine (for his troops and the civilian population) and the rest was WMD to be used against the rebels. In which case you have to believe that Saddam is a nice dictator who cares about the lives of the civilian population and is perfectly willing to accidently immunize an rebels who are hiding within the civilian population even tho such an action would nulify the effectiveness of his weapon.
3.50% was Flu Vaccine (for his troops only) and the rest to be used against the rebels. Which means he would be killing the entire civilian population including the children who would be growning up to be his future troops.

Under senerio 2 and 3 it makes more sense for him to export his weapons grade virus to be used in a different country which is vulnerable.
