Ok, i'm the youngpervs owner and already know about it as a Swedish friend, Damagex, told me about it.

- Youngpervs.com ONLY USES SPONSORS FHG (you can take a look and click around) so unless our big and known sponsors have underage girls as actress, nothing is wrong there. i have also a statement saying that all the models are over 18 and to contact me if you have any issued about any pic, even have some links to anti cp sites, of course this was a terrible mistake.

- I contacted the Swedish police 2 weeks ago, gave them all my personal and company info as i have nothing to hidde and explained them the problem. Also told them that my lawyer is working on a lawsuit against them as they are damaging my reputation in Sweden without any proof and without contacting me about the possible issue. Also offered them to show them to contact the sponsors with the proofs about any model being over 18 if they require it. Also i have contacted the Spanish crime police to contact the Swedish one and push to have this solved faster.

- Last week i received the last email from them, they agree that has been a mistake from them, there is a new plugin for I.E for swedish surfers, like the google toolbar, it's free to install and with a single click you can report the site you're surfing as child porn. It seems that some stupid surfer thought that the FHG are underage and clicked that damn tool, the police received the report and sent to Telia, one of the Swedish ISP that has a deal with the police to ban cp sites. Then Telia banned youngpervs.com for their users.

- The police has recogniced it was a mistake from them because not reviewing properly the site when reported by the surfer, also nobody at Telia reviewed it either.

- The next step they are going to do is unban it in the next Telia proxy update, so case closed.

I totally support the fight against CP, but this went so far and was a terrible mistake, you can't ban wites without reviewing them just because a surfer reported them with a click.

NOTE: it's only banned for Telia and another broadband ISP surfers, the other swedish can reach my site without problems. I haven't even noticed any traffic drop so seems i had only a few Telia surfers if any.

The Swedish police was fast, they answered about sending today the order to the ISPs to unban it, the site is already unbanned for what i'm being told by Swedish webmasters, nothing like a lawsuit threat to get things moving fast.
