            You put money (2,080,000) in escrow. You agree to pay me $60 per join. In 12 months if I have sent you less then 34,666 joins then you deduct $60 for everyone I am short out of the escrow money before I am paid. So if I am short 10,000 joins, we deduct $600,000 from escrow and I keep the rest.

            Do you understand? Can you really be that stupid to not understand this. How does doing it this way make me a THIEF?
