ummmm... i'm not sure where u guys are getting your info, but u don't have to have a trademark registered for it to be a trademark. a registration just gives you official documentation as to when you officially started using it & can more easily defend that in court. just using something as a trademark & common knowledge that the logo (or name) you are using is YOURS is enough.

The registration of a domain does not constitute a trademark. Use of the name does. Apparently, .net was used first. Now what do you do? It is confusing but then xxxcash.com and triplexcash.com could be confusing too. If you saw book.net was available after you wanted book.com but it was registered but unresolvable would you go damn I can't do the .net because I will be sued later. if i were the owners of realitycash.NET, i would
1. get a domain name that didn't offend webmasters or confuse them. who came first doesn't even matter - what matters is that webmasters don't like you to use the name of a well-known successful program. you are losing potential affiliates by using the name realitycash.NET.
2. hire someone to re-write all the text on their sites. most of it is in broken, messed up english. i've done some rewrites for sites with poor english, and they always have better sales once the english doesn't have mistaken slang or missing connecting words.
3. hire a marketing rep to work the boards for you, someone with a strong command of english who can make you look good.

actually it doesn't increase it. i have a friend who re-wrote all the text on some russian sites, and the conversions improved a great deal. i have also rewritten sites, and it helps.
