I think I've taken honesty and integrity as far as I can take them in this business. It's time to tap into fear, greed, and hatred to make more money!

It used to really bother me in this biz when I'd be telling the truth and others would believe the liars. Then I realized they were idiots to believe the lies and let it go at that
Plus I'm having trouble following "Knitting for Dummies", I don't think I'd be able to absorb the lying book ;)
it amazes me how people that cheat and steal from others and programs go away for a few months and come back and are accepted like they never left. bloody amazes me that this industry is so sad that you can rob someone early in the year and by fall be back on the saddle like nothing ever happened. i've never seen an industry where you wouldn't be blackballed and cast out to look for a new career. says alot about integrity to re-accept people that are going to fuck other people over with the mindset that "hey it won't be me this time around so its ok"

2006 and the whole Zango thing provided some excellent examples. Some of the biggest names in the industry screwing everyone else and basically saying "Yeh, so what? Too bad if you don't like it..." or not even bothering to say anything at all, secure in the knowledge there are enough morons in this business who don't care what they do.

I think honesty & integrity are a must have character trait for people & look up to sponsors, webmasters and any other people in this biz who honor these values.
I remember when Steve Lightspeed first started lightspeedcash & recall how honesty & integrity were one bit of his personality that has contributed to his success.
Without people like Steve Lightspeed, Brad Mitchell, Paul Markham, Air3k & many others of same principal, this industry would be one evil motherfucker.
It's good to have honest people with integrity in a biz that's full of some of the lowest scum.
Steve would be the last person here I would expect to turn & I would really be disappointed if he even thought for a second to turn.,
Good thing this is a joke from him, just pointing out some of the shit others do,,
To tell you the truth, I honestly considered, getting in to the business with my own sites, since we are selling a few adult domains, and have an automated link exchange.
But it is just so much easier dealing with people who just want a good job done, that actually will pick up the phone to do business, and aren't in the web business at all.
There are some cool people around, but you guys are always on your toes for the screw over, it has got to get tiring after a while.
I used to be a Limo Driver in Vegas, and everybody is on the Hustle, trying to get theirs at all cost, and nobdy cares if they screw you over, because they will never see you again. 10% of your clients make up for the 90% of walk ons that screw you.
This business (adult) reminds me of that.
Sometimes you just cant play it straight. Two honest businessmen in this business take for ever to do business with each other the first time around.
How much more money would you make if this business was at least 75% trust worthy?
