There are few options. I used to do very well with www.theeroticreview.com but they hurt alot of webmasters during the ibill scandal. TER returned with CCBill but are now only offering a miserable 20% revshare. Review sites convert better than escort listing paysites... although EscortBiz www.escortdollars.com is a good product.
Hopefully, I should have a decent product available at the end of the year for you.

From our google campaign, we pay 10 cents per click for escort keywords and get around $4.15 Cost/Conversion ratio and you will be on the first page. Clicks for escort keywords are certainly much less than for adult sites, but they are very targetted, which means higher conversions. That is why I don't understand why so many people do not want to try promoting them, easy money
