I've dealth with many neighbors using that method. One neighbor in particular called the landlord on me though in turn.

At least you had the decency to ask... a friend of mine was doing a photoshoot at a models apartment and we had the music on somewhat low but the speakers were on the floor and the neighbor below didn't even tell us to turn it down, just called the cops... so we open the door with a naked girl on the bed. I can't believe people don't even have the balls or decency to talk to their neighbors, rather stretch the police out even further with their bullshit calls.
