I'm sure there are plenty of places all around the world where a person could be hidden (permanently) from anyones view... I'm not saying I really agree that much, but the video evidence (which all of us should feel entitled to) is really poor.
consider all of the possibilities, and the fact that our leaders are deceitful, and often deprive us of reliable information. conspiracy theorists (that have some level of logic in their argument) aren't a result of mental illness, and that perception prevents completely sane people from ever considering possibilities of things that happened aside from what they hear...
What if Saddam wasn't really hanged? We all saw the same video, and yes- its questionable - if you want to argue that, you're the nut.
Like I said... I completely believe that our leaders are completely barbaric, violent, brain-dead fucks, and I believe that anything this high-profile should have been publicly recorded for everyone to see if they want to.
Plain and simple... all we currently have to review is this 1 video (which was recorded by a cellphone) and there are several seconds of "blank video" after saddam was dropped... None of us were there to account for those seconds, and none of us could say if there was a giant airbag underneath the drop door.
I dont think asking for clear, unobstructed video evidence is much to ask for... Wouldn't it be convenient if there wasn't any?
Think about this... One of your family members is killed by someone very famous... They wont let you in to see the execution yourself, and all they give you is a crappy cell-phone recording featuring several seconds of blank frames after they are executed... Would you not be asking for better proof? I know I sure as hell would.
I really can't believe that you people could be so ignorant to the POSSIBILITY of his execution being a hoax. It wouldn't be the first trick pulled on the world.
