    So I gained 5+ kilos this holiday/

    This is the fattest I've ever been man. 1st time ever to 101kg. Not good. When I get back to the UK on the 4th I give up eating for sure. Ugh.

    Anybody know ny good hardcore diets?

      That's a lot of gain. The bad news is, there are no good weight loss diets.. only exercise.

                                          there is no way you can put on 5kg in such a short time , unless you have been eating material that your body can't break down such as rocks and concrete
                                          putting on 5kgs just doesn't happen over night , takes weeks to put on weight

                                          anyway , get yourself a decent pair of shoes and go for a walk 30-45min walk every day

                                                                  I took a week off from the gym an d training, first time since last New Years. Good news is, Metabolism kept right on trucking, didn't gain a pound.
