How do I get AOL completly off my computer?

I deleted it but my friends keep telling me there will be shit still on here from AOL. Are they right? If so how do I get it all off?

It's a bitch, most programs leave shit behind -

If you're not a file expert, I wouldn't recommend searching and deleting files

yeah, i don't want to fuck anything up. I normaly do things then ask questions. Better not do that when deleting files.

Truly the answer is to format the c drive. Most computers come with that shit installed at the factory.

I deleted most of the stuff I know is AOL but when I go to delete AOL Connectivity Services my computer tells me I do not have sufficient access to remove it.

Yeah, that would work but I was hoping there was an easier way. Maybe, when I have time.

Call up the single guy in redmond that knows exactly how the registry works and ask him for the spots where AOL blew its wad.

AOL is almost as hard to get off your computer as that A Better Internet adware shit...
I'd like to find the guy behind that and take a shit in his living room...then I'd clean it up, but smear most of it all over so the stink sticks around just like their adware shit....

                          AOL is nearly as bad...

you'll never get rid of them.
it took me months to actually get them to cancel my mother's account after she died...and then they kept sending her special offers to sign back up

lol, can you find one instance of where I called myself a webmaster - not that that has anything to do with totally removing AOL from my compter. I do know how to and can make good money though. You can quote me on that anytime.
