Yep. I notice that as well.
I get e-mails all the time asking for links. They always tell me I am already listed, and sometimes provide a link where I can find it. I go look, generally 3-7 days later. It's not there.
I then write them to inform them they might want to actually have done what they said before e-mailing folks. I then blacklist them.
When I had a TGP, this was my reason for that..
