I think it would have been silly for you to take that $20 & toss in a garbage for the sake of being politically correct when another person could easily wipe it, if it meant his/her only meal of the day. It could easily have been misinterpreted from any homeless person, but I don't think they would turn it down if it meant their only meal of the day or worse, their next fix.

exactly.. i think alot of people look at it as if i was looking to donate some money and as an afterthought i blew my nose. this is not the case..
I "DISCREETLY" wiped my nose with it and dropped it on the ground as if i was putting it in my pocket..
I would think most people should understand that there was no malice involved on my part , the fact they were there was just an afterthough , but like i said i was being honest i dropped the bill on their side on purpose so they might see it and pick it up.. but only after i had already made a plan to blow my nose on a bill and dispose of it..
