bsod is for a reason, it dumps the reason to screen so you can fix it. if its auto rebooting you can go read the dump and fix it.
theres a dozen or more boot disks like bart pe
http://www.nu2.nu/pebuilder/ that can boot you into a windows environment so you can scandisk, virus scan, fix errors.
you would want to start with sosa's suggestion above and maybe run the system file checker with "sfc /scannow"
