ok. hear me out.
you get 10 big named sponsors on board that all fork over 10k
youve got 100k to play with.
you can lease an exclusive resort, beach front for 4 days/3 nights with over 150 rooms for around 30-50k.
drop another 15-20k into lobsters and booze.
drop another 20-30k to provide your webmasters with airfare coupons.
so on the top end youve spent 100k, on the low end youve spent 65.
if its 65 and youve got 35 left, rent a yacht for the weekend and have it parked and waiting for who ever/when ever/ what ever.
or pay wyclef or ziggy marley to do an acustic beach front jam 1 night out of the week.
ok. so you didnt make a dime off this convention, but think of the sponsors that would stand in line to be part of that show the following year.
and ofcourse the impact on the webmasters. send xxxbucks x amount of sales and you get your ticket.
