i have these arguments constantly with my wife.
i realized that regardless of science, biology, bio chemistry and simple facts of physiology... in the end, she believes... and that in itself, is beneficial in my view. not only that, she's 27 and still looks 18, so i find that i losing my arguments every year. as long as the psuedo science and quackery does not become a substitute for proper diet and exercise and is not dangerous... then i think its totally fine

There was a debate in my bio and chem class about wheatgrass, and regardless of the science it makes people seem to feel better and doesnt do any harm, so thats good in any case.
