I'd go with europeans. They have the best, most rich diet, they aren't too fatty, they know how to relax, they consume higher quality beers... etc...

Kind of like the japanese Wagyu cows they use for Kobe beef.

Americans are too fatty, too inactive, eat shit food.

Asians? Forgetaboutit.

The fat marbling on the europeans would be the best. The americans would have too much flat out fat without the proper marbling that good diet and exercise bring and the asians don't have a good enough diet and are typically thinner. I can't imagine a diet of rice adding much flavor.

Really the race wouldn't be a prime indicator for me but rather what the person ate.

I'd have to go for vegans first as their meat would taste, I'm guessing, most like the majority of vegetable/grain eating animals that we already consum. Carnivorous animals are known for tasting like crap in general.

But if I HAD to pick one of what you mentioned, I'm gonna have to go with Asian as they would likely eat less dairy and meat than the other two groups.
