my "epassporte CS deserves to be beaten" thread
Ok.. First I must say ive never really had much of a problem with my epass card.. other than xfer's to my bank account vanishing for a week.. but other than that.. its been ok.. Till I lost my epass card.
I contacted epass, they said 20 or 25 bucks and we'll send out a new one, we just need you to respond saying its ok to pull the money from your account. So its been 2 days, I respond, Im thinking great.. this is going better than I expected..
A week later.. still nothing, I write again saying "whats going on guys?" they respond 2 days later with "you need to respond saying its okay to charge"
I write them explaining that I have already done this but I will do it again.. I write ITS OKAY, CHARGE ME THE FEE.. or something like that.. I wait a week.. no response.. I write again
No response..
I write again..
Its been 2 days.. no response..
Gotta love quality customer service.
