That will depend highly on what the programmer is best skilled at. Just take into account that whatever you order should be easy to continue working on for someone else, should your initial provider not be able to work on it at a later time.Whitehat is for chumps

php + mysql is your best bet.
Its generally cheaper than any windows alternative.
There are a few premade scripts for that, I dont remember them now
but I'm sure the guys will let you know.
Custom is always better but usually more expensive than a premade script.Comment

php is more actively developed than asp, its open source and its free.
When I said cheap I wasn't referring to the price of getting a custom one done
but to the price of maintaining it. For asp you'll need to get a license,
there are less asp developers than php developers, add a tone of licenses for
using a windows based server.Comment
