I would suspect that if you spent a little time looking at the "resources" and what not that he is pushing, that you would find he has an ownership interest in some part of it. This is a particularly good scam for people to open a free host (bloghosts are the trick of the month) and let people build up a bunch of stuff and get a ton of incoming links, then pull down all the sites and use the incoming links to feed blackhat SEO spam tricks.
Sorry, but anyone asking people to contact him on PM on a board that doesn't have PM is just making gourmet drive by spam... no noob should be sucked in by this stupidity.
