Baddog is indeed the first person who sees a support ticket, which is quite a good thing because he's on the ICQ lists of most of his clients. Problems are instantly resolved 99% of the time because of this. Once in awhile he'll have to escalate an issue but that is rare. It's very good customer support to have matters so quickly addressed.
If you have a problem with someone seeing what's on your box it's time to open your own hosting company, I'd imagine.
Personally, I'd like to see some examples to illustrate the validity of this allegation. Can you point to specific urls, DarkJedi?
