Friendships also mean different things to different people. I've seen people not help out a "friend" in need they've had since HS, whereas my HS girlfriends and I would give each other our kidneys, lol
Probably not our livers - we know each other too well for that and wouldn't want each other's livers ;)
(seriously, when I had my blood transfusions, they were coming in to be tested!!)
