    I need about 10,000 thumbs created

    Each thumb needs to be cropped by hand and not just resized. Most of them will be one size but some will be a different size.

    Let me know if you're company does this sort of thing

                                  You should really just give Express Thumbnail Creator a try. I know its a program, but seriously, the thumbs it makes almost looks like done by hand. Really. Can't hurt, give it a try!
