Wheat bread, and oatmeal to obsorb the alcohol, and get it out of your system as quickly as possible. Water, or gatorade to get redydrated, and electrolites back. But beyond the rest, grab a few cans of Red Bull. If you read the can, it has everything you need to get over a hang over, and back to where you can function.. Potassium, Niacin, B6, B12, and so on.

Try and force all that shit down, and you will be better in a few hours.

I feel ya bro. I used to be able to drink all night and go to work after a few hours sleep. Now I need the next day off if I drink over 4 beers
