Once again that is what we do when we go live on the sites we don't use copyright material infact i have many great producers that are friends of mine who produce eminem, Nelly and DMX etc who will be puting some shit together for me. We just grabbed this for the webmasters pleasure last minute and I liked the song. Sue me

forget the royalty free stuff man. I just bought some music off "sickbeatz" here on GFY last night. That dude's got skills. I think that's his name... on ICQ it's "ZipLock" and he runs "FHPORN.com" Good guy definitely knows his shit.

Also, Roger... seriously man. There is a lot to the tease of making a trailer, and making it well. There are little things that you need to watch for. The timing the pacing, how well the music flows. Creating a story, or a theme, teasing enough but not too much. I mean you can't give it all away, but you want to show enough for them to get that CC out right at the end of the trailer.

I dunno.. man.. cutting trailers is something that I'm very passionate about. I could go on forever.

I'll sometimes pop in DVD's and just watch all the trailers.

1)welcome message branding the name etc.
2)the trailer to get them horny etc.
3)video trailer of the members section

Nobody has done it like this and it's working great for us I like to be original
the sites are converting amazing. and we are getting better at it everytime.

but any advice is great and appreciated

Why large-scale program owners, who have budgets that can easily handle his $300-per-trailer fee don't, is beyond me.

Sidenote: I have Cox HD cable, and one of the HD channels offers a weekly show that features high-def trailers to upcomming movies with no commercial interruptions. It's basically a "coming attractions" type show, but it's right your alley Red.

When I cut all the CollegeFuckFest trailers a few years ago, I did that exact same thing. I branded the name and the music. When people heard that song they knew they were in for a fast, bad-ass trailer. The trailers were fast and got their hearts pumping quick. They were sexy, hardcore, and funny. And each movie got it's own trailer.

That trailer was mediocre big time. No story line whatsoever. It doesn't hold u in suspense... On a scale of 1-10... I'll give it a -2
